Orders take 1-3 business days to dispatch.
Custom orders take up to two weeks to dispatch. 
Delivery times:
Uk: 1-4 days. (Royal Mail - Tracked)

Europe: 3-10 days. 
Rest of the world: 5-15 days.

SHIPPING COST

UK shipping costs have a flat rate of £4 or FREE on orders over £45.
EU shipping costs £15, and the rest of the world costs £20.

WHY DO YOU SEND AN INVOICE VIA EMAIL?

As this is a new business, I am still waiting on a business bank account to be set up.
After you make a purchase, a PayPal invoice will be sent to your email within 12 hours.
You do not need a PayPal account to make the payment. 

 

RETURNS INFO

We don't accept returns.
If your items arrive damaged, please email, and we will offer a refund or replacement for that item.

Yes! As long as your order hasn't been dispatched.
Adding and removing items will not effect postage price.

Clary Sage is not safe to use while pregnant.

Any home made items that have sage in - will be Clary.
